Students who wish to apply to the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music must first complete the University of California's Application for Undergraduate Admission. The filing period for the UC application is November 1-30. After the UC application has been filed, applicants will be required to submit a department supplemental application. Prospective students interested in Music, Ethnomusicology, or Music Industry will have the opportunity to visit the Schoenberg Music Building (SMB) and the Evelyn and Mo Ostin Music Center as well as speak to an advisor in the specific programs mentioned above.
